屏東溫泉區 7/1實施取締

【李卉婷/屏東報導】屏東縣政府為保育溫泉資源，近日公告實施溫泉區管理計畫，車城鄉四重溪溫泉139.95公頃、牡丹鄉旭海溫泉17.89公頃將列為優先劃設地區。溫泉法輔導業者改善緩衝期將至今年六月三十日截止，七月一日起正式實施，溫泉法上路後，將依法取締，可開罰一萬以上五萬以下罰鍰。
  觀光傳播處長鄞鳳蘭表示，經由管理計畫，縣府可輔導民間業者合法開發溫泉，讓溫泉區觀光產業能夠永續發展。縣政府配合交通部觀光局推動溫泉標章制度，迄今已發出8張溫泉標章，目前還有10餘家業者將興建完成及取得合法供應水源後陸續提出申請，希望尚未申請的業者儘速申辦。
