有使用 Mac 貓科桌上作業系統的朋友應該都知道，每次 Apple 發表新系統的各種新功能之後，都還需要經歷一段時間將 Preview 預覽版本向開發者發送測試，等到正式進入 GM 版本後才算是接近市售的階段 -- 像是目前的 Mountain Lion 就花了大約 5 個月的時間，從 Preview 版到了第 269 Build，才正式在 2012 年 6 月底推出。但如果我們觀察之前幾版「重大的」系統更新 Build 號碼，可以發現其實 OS X 10.8 有點算數字有點少的特例。而在這次從 Webkit bug report 中所透漏出的版號 13A451 中，首先可以在前段「13A」的部分，可以由上表中找到線索 -- 基本上就是 OS X 重大系統版本的號碼順序，所以可預見的應該就是最新版 OS X 10.9 的版本號（這次是哪個動物呢？）。

至於後面的三位數 451 則是 Build 的數字，雖說後方標示著它並非 GM 的版本，但這在一個月前釋出的 Build 建構的數字，其實早已遠遠超過前一版釋出時的版號達兩倍以上 -- 這可能代表 Apple 這次桌上系統的更新測試的會更為完善，或者是有許多太新的功能逼的他們必須要不斷地修正系統，來讓系統保持穩定。總而言之一切問題的解答，可能都會在 WWDC 大會上直接揭曉，所以就讓我們靜候更進一步的消息吧，各位對新功能有沒有什麼期待呢？
