竹市前議員涉詐欺，判1年1個月

新竹市前議員曾仁宗因涉貪汙案，被判刑12年，目前在監執行中，他又被控以投資土地名義，邀鍾姓男子合購土地，詐財1300萬，迄今未與被害人和解，新竹地院依詐欺取財罪，判曾仁宗1年1個月徒刑。

日前新竹地院開庭審理時，曾仁宗坦承犯行，並表達懊悔，不斷向被害人及法官求情「希望判輕一點，我早點出獄去解決問題，我有誠意賠償對方」。

蒞庭的公訴檢察官及受命法官認為，曾仁宗利用被害人對他的信任，詐財1300萬不是小數目，遲遲未與被害人和解，造成被害人鉅額損失，惡性不小。
