加油站借廁所　酒駕男失控撞牆

新北市土城區中央路三段，昨深夜11時許發生轎車衝撞加油站的意外，劉姓男子(40多歲)駕駛1輛喜美轎車，突然衝進台塑加油站的辦公室，當場將牆壁撞出大窟窿，窗戶玻璃也滿碎一地，所幸並未傷及他人，劉男自己也未受傷。
 
警方初步了解，劉男將車輛駛入加油站，並非為了加油，而是尿急需要借廁所，車子依加油動線繞行、準備找空位暫停時，疑似誤踩油門而往前衝，直接撞上辦公室的門牆，牆壁當場撞出大洞，還好當時並沒有人經過。
 
警員當場為劉男實施酒測，發現數值高達1.23，立即將人車均帶回派出所，訊後將依公共危險罪嫌將他移送法辦。（吳國仲／新北報導）
