首戰遭到逆轉的台中璞園，第2戰果然發揮迅速「修正」功力，靠著下半場一輪猛攻，以85：67大勝台灣啤酒，系列賽扳成1：1平手。

台啤開局劉錚、歐布萊恩（Patrick O’Bryant）連得4分，攻勢流暢，不過璞園施展小組配合，蔡文誠接連「開後門」成功，沒讓綠衫軍佔得先機。

控制住失分後，璞園持續發揮禁區優勢，連續兩戰的上半場都抓下9個進攻籃板，成為前兩節領先關鍵，奇兵「簡熊」簡嘉宏還在半場槍響前飆進壓哨三分球，幫助衛冕軍取得8分領先。

第3節，台啤進攻失去重心，命中率驟降，蔡文誠連續兩次上籃後將領先擴大為雙位數，雖然台啤隨後發動快攻追分，璞園的英雄，這時候才正要現身，他是華裔球員，陳堅恩。

陳堅恩冠軍賽首戰只出賽9分鐘，一分未得，但他在今天的第2戰第4節扮演關鍵角色，連飆3記三分球，幫助衛冕軍一度領先達22分，隊友也沒有漏氣，順利守成。
