你當初在辦時有先試用嗎?還是本來收訊好,現在變差了?
若本來好,後變差了,代表基地台被拆了,合約還沒到你只能認了,
不然就去跟NCC投訴,要求0月租,有打再收費!
或是同意門號移出,威寶再另給一個門號,直到合約結束!
