公營住宅閒置　議員轟蚊子戶

台北市議員顏聖冠今指出，北市房價居高不下，市府推動公營住宅提供給民眾承租，但經調查發現，北市公營住宅儘管供不應求，卻仍有12戶空戶，在大龍峒公營住宅中，竟有一戶空戶明明已有175個候補，但卻已空屋一整年租不出去，成為最搶手的蚊子戶，要求都發局儘速檢討。
 
顏聖冠說，北市包括永平、大龍峒、敦煌、萬隆等公營住宅，至今僅完成274戶，有12戶空戶，雖都有候補承租者，但卻已閒置2個月以上，其中，大龍峒是北市第一個公營住宅，推出時保留部分戶數給大同區居民，但其中1戶空戶儘管有175戶候補數，卻閒置了1年，以該戶每月租金1萬1200元計算，市府白白短收13萬4400元，且有需求者卻搬不進來。
 
針對議員抨擊公營住宅成為蚊子戶，北市都發局發言人高文婷回應，因大龍峒住宅於前年2月簽約，簽約期為3年，約期至明年1月截止，為管理方便，所有住戶採統一租期，由於該住戶去年提前搬離，剩下的租期不長，也影響新的承租戶意願，未來將研議彈性調整承租方式。（林媛玲／台北報導）
