剛漲價就跳電 交長：高鐵要改進

高鐵周六發生跳電造成列車停駛，3萬2000名旅客受影響。高鐵10月8號才調漲票價，民眾抱怨不已。交通部長葉匡時今天表示，民眾選擇坐高鐵信賴高鐵的穩定度和信賴度，高鐵服務品質需要加強。

高鐵周六在彰化到雲林區間發生供電異常，導致電力跳脫，部分列車停駛及延誤，2個多小時後才逐漸恢復正常運轉。
