外傳有2個市占率排名前3名的嬰幼兒奶粉品牌調漲多款嬰幼兒奶粉價格，讓不少家庭大受影響，公平交易委員會主委吳秀明今(3)日表示，將深入調查了解漲價的原因有沒有違反公平交易法，如有違法，一定會依法懲處，立委也要求公平會立刻立案調查，2周內向經濟委員會報告。

立法院經濟委員會今日繼續審查公平會預算，對於媒體報導嬰幼兒奶粉又要漲價，包括雪印調漲6款嬰幼兒奶粉價格，桂格也有3個品項漲價，漲幅從5.1%至9.5%，1罐最貴漲了80元，讓許多有嬰幼兒的家長猛搖頭。

公平會主委吳秀明表示，初步了解，雪印奶粉是從澳洲進口，因此與日圓貶值關係不大，調漲原因是因為原物料上漲，公平會目前也正在深入調查了解漲價的原因，並了解是否有違反公平交易法，如果涉及聯合行為，可罰2500萬元以下罰鍰，如果情節重大，還可處上一個會計年度銷售額的10%。

立委也要求公平會應立即立案調查，並在2周內將調查報告以及採取措施向經委會報告。
