台南市柳營區今天有1輛自小客車疑失控撞上電線桿，造成1死1傷，事故原因有待調查。

這起車禍發生在柳營區中山東路二段，自小客車撞上電線桿，前座右側的黃姓男子當場失去心跳，雖送醫急救仍宣告不治，駕駛林姓男子輕傷，自行爬出車外。

警方初步排除酒駕，原因有待調查。(中央社)
