呈康食品規避查核重罰300萬

呈康食品涉嫌竄改有效日期，還製造標示未來食品，林性負責人對竄改有效日期、將逾期食品回收再製及製造未來食品，均無法提供完整文件資料，還拒絕提供下游客戶名單給桃園衛生局。

林姓負責人拒絕提供下游名單，已構成規避稽查，桃園衛生局依違反食品安全衛生管理法第47條，重處呈康食品300萬元罰鍰。

呈康、真鍋食品案，由於涉及刑法第255條「為虛偽之標記」及第339條「涉及詐欺」刑事責任，全案已移送桃園縣地方法院檢察署偵辦。
