阿帕契事件引發軍方檢討要塞堡壘地帶法，民進黨立委管碧玲傍晚在立法院質疑行政院長毛治國（左）與國防部副部長陳永康（右）不瞭解該法，並直言全台灣幾乎都不是軍方規範中的要塞堡壘，陳永康雖拿出法規研究，最後仍啞口，表示需要法規人員解釋。
