世界銀行：QE 緩步退場 新興市場可應付

　　 美籍韓裔的世界銀行行長金墉 (Jim Yong Kim，圖) 周二 (10日) 在接受媒體訪問時表示，只要美國聯儲會採取逐步緩慢的方式，來讓現行的貨幣寛鬆政策 (QE) 退場，新興市場(emerging markets, EM)就能應付熱錢資金撤出所帶來的衝擊。

聯儲會主席柏南克今年 5 月時曾表示，聯儲會可能很快將對每個月 850 億美元規模的債券購買計劃，也就是所謂的貨幣寛鬆 QE，進行縮減。柏南克此話一出，新興市場貨幣應聲倒地，大幅貶值。

金墉表示，如果能如外界所期望的那樣，把 QE 退場的過程拉長，則新興市場經濟體－尤其是比較貧窮的一些國家，應該就能應付得來。
